After using your FCI'S Business Training Package for 90 days, if you are not satisfied you can cancel by calling us at 1-877-932-6258, then mail back the package. We will refund the Fast Start Package cost/charge but, we do not refund any shipping and handling charge.

REFUND POLICY ON THE SUBSCRIPTION
FCI CD of the Month $19.95 Subscription

After using FCI'S CD of the Month/$19.95 Subscription for 12 months, if you are not satisfied you can cancel by calling us at 1-877-932-6258. We will refund the 12 months of subscription cost/charge, and you can keep the material but, we do not refund any shipping and
handling charge. Cancellation needs to be exercised within 15 days after expiration of the one year subscription.
